Within just 12 weeks, Hide&See grew from 6 to 25 units per day and increased revenue from $5,000/month to $20,000/month – all while protecting margin.
Every campaign was tightly managed, every dollar tracked, and profitability became predictable. Maddy didn’t just free up her time, she finally had clarity on what was working, why it worked, and how to scale it sustainably. For the first time, she felt confident doubling down on Amazon, knowing she had the right structure, the right strategy, and a team she could trust.
Today, she’s scaling with purpose – and momentum is still building.
Upon onboarding Hide and See, we immediately recognized a number of problems:
Hide&See did not have a diversity of campaign types, and their ad spend was too narrowly focused, preventing them from allowing Amazon the leeway to find them profitable sales placements
With so many other business responsibilities on her hands, Maddy was not able to spend the time to properly optimize her brand’s campaigns. Bids, bid adjusters, targets, creative, and other factors critical to fully optimized PPC were not being updated properly.
The PPC reports from Hide&See contained a treasure trove of information waiting to be utilized to increase profit margins, but nothing was being done with it.
The campaign structure Hide&See had in place was not leading to higher organic ranking, preventing the campaigns from generating more organic sales over time.
The brand was generating sales but profitability wasn’t following, and the PPC strategy wasn’t designed to fix that. With so many other parts of the business to manage, Maddy didn’t have the time or systems needed to make her PPC work profitably. After a full audit, Sophie Society built a plan focused on restoring margin, scaling intentionally, and giving Maddy confidence in every next step.
Here’s what we implemented:
