Once Sophie Society stepped in, things moved fast. TACoS dropped from 27% to 14%, ROAS increased, and Fit Face X earned Amazon’s “#1 New Release” badge on its relaunched product.
Conversion rates hit 10% despite being in a competitive, review-sensitive category (and despite not technically selling “mouth tape”). Robert regained his confidence and scaled his ad spend, knowing it was finally working. Creatives were improved, campaigns were tightened, and every dollar was being tracked and optimized.
The brand is now back on track for growth with consistent performance, strong margins, and a trusted strategist (Pablo) leading the way. Robert was more than satisfied with the performance and now refers other Amazon sellers he knows to Sophie Society.
Their ad spend was growing, but so was their TACoS (peaking at 27%). Despite having a strong product, their Amazon campaigns didn’t have enough focus, profitability, and structure.
Their campaigns didn’t have alignment, their best keywords were buried below a sea of search terms, and there was no process in place for harvesting and graduating the best keywords.
Their original listing had too many bad reviews, and even after they relaunched their performance was shaky.
