The Results

Once Sophie Society stepped in, things moved fast. TACoS dropped from 27% to 14%, ROAS increased, and Fit Face X earned Amazon’s “#1 New Release” badge on its relaunched product.

Conversion rates hit 10% despite being in a competitive, review-sensitive category (and despite not technically selling “mouth tape”). The brand does well by smartly positioning their products in competitive categories.
